Inspired by Newport Beach’s coastal setting, the Saje Fashion Island store translates the tones and textures of its surroundings into a refined, material-driven expression.
Sun-bleached wood, pale sandstone hues, and a matte concrete limestone texture establish a soft palette while incorporating the brand’s brushed copper accents, marble and pops of greenery.
The result is an environment that feels airy, muted, and grounded in the brand’s honest-to-material ethos.
During demolition, an unforeseen vertical crossbeam required a rapid adjustment to the floor plan. The cash desk and back-of-house wall were reconfigured within tight timelines, resolving the constraint into a cohesive solution.
